MrCanil announced today that the second last day of term shall be the day for the Parent-Teacher conference.
Yes, the second last day of school, which falls on 18th September.
Schools are just sadistic.
They like to schedule the worst possible things on the 18th of September.
Always.

I can't wait to send (and of course, receive) Audrey's present! :DDD
Its so exciting to send something over such a long distance, and have it arrive in one piece.
But my mum just informed me that when she sent her friend something by post, it took... one month.
And I was like, one month?!
What did they send it with? A sampan?
Melbourne is only 7 hours away by air la, how could it possibly have taken a whole month.
So there is a possibility that Audrey might not get her present in time.
Which makes me sad because she's supposed to receive and open my wonderful gift on the actual day.
