okay so i think i got it wrong.
the website says daylight saving ends on the first sunday of april.
so its not today.
so much for my excitement.

i didn't know at first so looking at the clock i had at home, my dad left for his workplace at 8.45.
then i was using the com and after quite a while i look at the time on my computer and it said it was 8.41.
i was like what?!
then kerby came online at about 9 and i was thinking like, wow he wakes up at 6 on a sunday.
LOL.
then i found out that it was already 7 in singapore. -.-

so that means, from now until the end of winter, the time diff between singapore and here will only be 2 hours. (:

omg this is exactly the same question i got for olevels oral last year. just imagine what i answered. when they asked me that, i totally blanked out and said the first thing that came to my mind. my mum's cooking. i guess its more or less true but at that time, i felt like i had said the stupidest answer. coz it was the most typical answer and obviously they asked me why and i said coz she cooks authentic burmese food and home is one of the only places i can eat and enjoy burmese cuisine -.- or something like that. i don't think i phrased it very well that time.

i don't have as many as youngmin. xD hmm. chemistry is the most important thing i guess. and humor? but of course not like, laughing at the slightest thing or whatever. just imagine for example i spill water all over my shirt and he does nothing but just sits there and HAHAHA at me.

generally i do not really hate people, coz i try to prevent myself from habouring deep feelings of hatred for any one person. its not good for your health! but i do get annoyed by people who border on being hypocritical. and people who rely on others just because they can.

hmm. going to the city today and walking with the cold wind blowing against me. i love cold weather.

the movie rambo 4. just watched it just now. its the one about burma and the cruelty that it depicts is just shocking. not that i don't already know, but seeing it just shocks me.

its already 16degrees in my house, but there are condensation forming on the windows.

i had nothing better to do, so i took out the mismatched gloves that i bought a few years back with jy when i went for my first and last time at the ice skating rink.
between the two of us, we bought a pair of orange and a pair of black gloves.
and we exchanged them.
hoho.
so now i'm wearing an orange glove on one hand and a black one on my other!
my dad saw me this morning and said i was siao, and asked where got people wear different cloured gloves.
actually, that is sorta the point, to wear the contrasting gloves.

its so sad.
one week of holidays are already over.

went to phillip island on sunday.
we got a chance to stop by at the phillip island chocolate factory on the way.
the one that everyone was so excited about that time when our bus passed by it.
so many many many chocolates!

saw a few really huge easter eggs, but, i didn't really get all excited over it coz its hollow anyway,
so even if it is big, it is still filled with air. (:
after that made our way to the penguin parade, omg there were SO much people!
i ended up having to sit on the steps.
and i was so pissed off at the people who were walking up and down the stairs.
like, at one time, there was this jam and everyone was just standing there, happily blocking my view entirely.

this time there were abit more penguins coming up the shore.
the first one that came up was so brave!
all the rest walked up in groups, but that first penguin, it walked up on its own!

and there was this group slowly walking up, then this seagull flew over them and they all got frightened and turned back towards the sea.

yesterday, went to Ballarat.
there is supposed to be a gold mine there, that was why we went.
but the thing is, the town is like, at some ulu place and all the shops were closes and the so-called "city" area was like, deserted.
and main attraction was so ex that we decided not to go in anymore.
hahahahaha.
so we went to this lake.
well, it was supposed to be a lake.
but imagine our dismay when we found that the lake was empty.
like, it was this whole huge space of dried land.
HAHA.

it started to rain.
and and!
we saw this huge rainbow, and beside it, a smaller one!
we could see the whole semi-circle of the bigger one and half of the smaller one! (:
it was so nice!
but it disappeared after awhile. ):

so my mum's friends went back this morning.
the puppies are gone too! ):

i haven't achieved anything.

yesterday my mum's friend from sydney came.
they were visiting us for the easter holidays.
they brought their puppies along!

biggest joke of the year.
before msP gave them back, rachel was like, i won't do well. i screwed it up.
and then moments later, msP calls rachel out and tells the class that she got 95% for the chapter test.
then rachel was like laughing and laughing, and said that she mixed the tests up, and actually, the one she screwed was the data analysis test.
and guess what, when she got back the data analysis test, we find that she actually scored even better for that - 96%.
LOL.

i'm so proud of myself!
there was this question in the test which asked why light is needed for photosynthesis.
it isn't in our current textbook but i remembered what i had learnt last year.
heh heh.
and today msP was like, only 3 people got that question right, and she was so impressed that we knew the answer.

i was so happy this morning because the past few days have been like super hot, i mean it even reached 40degrees.
and guess what?
today, the day that i am walking home, the weather cooled down!

on the way we were waiting at some traffic light and there was some people standing in front of us.
an the guy in front heard us talking and i suppose, regconised the accent so he suddenly turned and asked "malaysian right?"

tienyi said ya and he asked where i was from.
so i said singapore and he was like "which part?"
i mean, i've never ever told anyone that i'm from singapore and got the reponse "which part?" before.

my dad's ex-colleague from singapore was came to our house, since she was in melbourne for some conference.
after quite a few months of listening to the accent here, it felt kinda weird for me to hear someone speaking in a true blue singaporean accent.
not that i don't still speak that way..

i always thought mass lectures in jc involved only about 100+ students.
so imagine my shock when dy finally enlightened me and told me that each lecture can have about 500-600 students.
that almost made me fall of my chair.
i feel so stupid.


i watched x-men last night.
my bro had borrowed the dvd from someone.
i know that movie was out like millions of years ago but this is the first time i watched it.
it was so touching la.
i wanna watch the sequels too. :D

thank god.

i almost went mad doing the MGA test.

and i just got a call from school asking me why am i not in school to resit for an outcome that i had missed.

since when did i miss any outcome!!
gave me a shock of my life.
turned out it was a misunderstanding due to my timetable changes.
for a while there i thought they were going to make me go back to school.

i actually survived the hhd test.
hurray.

i spent almost the whole of yesterday doing all the chemistry worksheets and studying for the SAC.
and today she says she can't let us take it today, and postpones it to friday.
